Our Loan Assist benefit helps you to simplify the process. Members only need to submit their personal details and loan requirements once, via a single application. Our consultants will then put all of the information together and approach several loan providers with the member’s details to see if a loan can be sourced

If you are over-indebted we will assist you in finding a suitable Debt Counsellor who will help you with a debt restructure plan, ensuring that you will at all times only be making one affordable monthly payment towards your debt. As a member you will receive discounts on debt counselling fees.

Tax Assist

The service provides assistance with personal tax enquiries, referral to an appropriate tax specialist, interpretation of personal tax options and telephonic assistance with the completion of personal tax returns.

Legal Assist

Clients will have access to qualified legal advisors for telephonic assistance 24/7 ranging from divorce and debit issues to labour and domestic disputes. This also includes standard legal documents such as domestic worker employment contracts, offers to purchase and small court claims court kit as well as the perusal and evaluation of agreements. In addition, our in-house attorneys will refer you to a practicing attorney for the first 30 minute consultation at no cost. This service is not limited in terms of number of calls for advice.

- Incident Location
Legal advice and guidance are provided wherever the member requires assistance inside or outside the borders of South Africa but limited to an incident in South Africa only.

-Service Providers
In respect of the 30 minute free consultation with a practicing attorney, we have a network of legal service providers are all independent contractors.

The helpline is as such not liable for loss, damage or unsatisfactory consultation of the service provider. The Helpline will however, make every effort to resolve any dispute that may arise, conditional upon the complaint being received in writing within 10 days of the incident

-Eligible Members
Prior to rendering any service, membership will be validated in terms of an active membership database. Should it not be possible to verify active membership, the member will be provided telephonic legal advice but referral to a practicing attorney will only take effect once proof of active membership is received.
